PREMIER is the first heifer to be offered for sale from our new junior stock bull HALTCLIFFE NIJINSKY, an Ampertaine Elgin son who is a proven female breeder, sold £32k in Carlisle, Half sister Wilodge Poshspice sold record breaking £250k Carlisle. NIJINSKY was unbeaten in his class in throughout the 2019 show season. NIJINSKY won 10 firsts, 4 Overall Limouisn championships, 4 reserve Championships 3 interbreed champions, 2 reserve Interbreed Championships. NIJINSKY helped the Rathkeeland Herd win show team of year 2019 which the herd won over 19 times. I would have every faith PREMIER will breed well for her new owners. NIJINKSY is himself a heifers calf, carries two copies F94l profit gene from one of the top cow families in the Ridley herd. His size, style, width muscle, correctness in his progeny is very consistent. RIKEY’S sire IRONESTONE GANDI is the Rathkeeland Herd senior stock bull. GANDI carries an unbelievable pedigree with figures to match beef value 49, top 1%. All calving figures in top 10% & 25% of the breed. His Sire Wilodge Vantastic sold for £45k. GANDI’S dam Bailea Umandy sold for £55k, who is sired by highly regarded muscly bull Requin. Ironestone Gandi breed heifers sold for £9,000 and bulls to £10,000.
RILEYS Dam RATHKEELAND NELLIE a big muscly Plumtree Fantastic cow. NELLIE was part of the Rathkeeland show team in 2019, was second in a strong class of heifers at NATIONAL LIMOUSIN show in Antrim and was always placed 1st or 2nd at the regional day shows. Nellie helped the Rathkeeland herd win show team of the year 2019.
